About the publication
Technical epoxy information for practical decisions
Epoxy Science is an independent technical and reference publication about epoxy chemistry, materials, applications, failures, and product selection.
What we publish
Our work is designed for people who need to understand not only what to do, but why a system may succeed or fail. Coverage includes cure behavior, adhesion, substrate preparation, flooring and coatings, casting, safety, troubleshooting, documented product characteristics, and planning tools.
Epoxy Science is not a university, accredited institution, scientific institute, or laboratory. The name describes our evidence-led subject focus; it is not a claim of institutional status or credentials.
How we support the work
The site may earn commissions when readers use qualifying affiliate links, at no additional cost to the reader. Commercial relationships do not change our source standards or justify unsupported claims. We identify useful buying decisions only where they belong in the reader’s technical path.
What “research-based” means
Research-based coverage relies primarily on manufacturer technical and safety data, installation instructions, recognized industry guidance, government safety sources, and technical literature. We do not imply that a product was purchased, installed, measured, or durability-tested unless that work actually occurred and is documented.
See our review methodology, editorial standards, and affiliate disclosure for the operating details.
